Submitting an inquiry is not a loan application and creates no obligation on you, on us, or on any lender. You authorize us to share the information you provide with participating third-party lenders so they may evaluate and respond to your interest.
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by FarmLoans.ai and participating lenders about your inquiry using the contact details you provide. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can opt out by replying STOP. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service.
Participating lenders are independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their products, decisions, terms, conduct, or privacy practices. Any agreement you enter into with a lender is solely between you and that lender. The Site may contain links to third-party websites provided for convenience only.
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission, except as allowed by law.
